Managed Services - CS1000 HMPS Offices, Newport
 The 54,000 sq ft flagship CS1000 office building at Celtic
Springs Business Park, Newport has been fully let to the
Prison Service that will be locating its new Shared Service
Centre for human resources and finance at the park.
Developed by AWG Property Ltd and Broadhall Hampton Ltd,
and managed by 1001 Security Systems trade partner, Kier
Managed Services the three-storey 54,000 sq ft office building
situated at the entrance of Celtic Springs Business Park
strategically located at the gateway of South East Wales,
next to junction 28 of the M4.
1001 Security Systems have been heavily involved in ensuring
that the building was ready for occupancy, pulling out
the stops to ensure that the Prison Service could meet
its deadline of being open and ready for business on 28th
April 2006.
Kier Managed Services are now responsible for site management
of CS1000 and as a strategic partner of 1001 Security Systems
contracted them to install and maintain a multiple solution
that incorporated CCTV, Intruder, Barrier and Turnstyle
access control systems. Kevin Knight (site manager at CS1000)
